Position location : Chemin Départemental, Pleurs, Marne, 51260, FRA

Vos missions :

En relation avec le responsable de site, auquel il rend compte précisément et quotidiennement, le Chef de Plaine est en charge d'organiser les chantiers de plaine et d'approvisionner les sites de production.

- Elaborer et optimiser le chantier de plaine,
- Coordonner les équipes de fauche, andainage et récolte,
- Suivre le bon état du matériel et transmettre au responsable de site le besoin d'entretien,
- Programmer les entretiens avec le responsable de site.

Au quotidien :

Vous coordonnez votre activité en lien avec le responsable du site et la production. Vous êtes l'interface avec nos associés coopérateurs et vous vous rendez régulièrement leur rencontre.
