Job Responsibilities

- Liaise with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities and timely delivery ofLeather Goods.
- Monitor shipment progress, track orders, and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the shipping process, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
- Assist in optimizing shipping routes and methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide operational support to the logistics team, including data entry, invoices generation, and administrative tasks.
