Business Analyst IT H/F - 51

CONTEXT:

The IT Business Analyst will work on the implementation & support of our key Solutions: PLM, ERP, Planning and Ordering Systems, Data platform. This position reports to the Head of IT Business Applications, overseeing APAC Markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment of new projects:

- Engage with key stakeholders to kick off projects, aligning their requirements.
- Describe business processes, deliver functional and technical specifications, assist in deployment related tasks.
- Conduct and get validation for system integration tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Assist on any data migration related tasks.
- Support change management and Key Users involvement, before, during and after deployment, by providing training materials and engagement with different stakeholders.
- Follow up and ensure delivery by required service providers (vendors and/or internal IT teams in headquarters or APAC markets)

Support end users on systems usage:

- Be the first level of contact for end users.
- Manage incidents and communication to ensure effective application support.
- Execute technical administrative tasks: access and accounts creation, batch scheduling, settings management.
- Provide end user training.

Control and monitor system applications:

- Coordinate actions in case of service interruption, consult with different offices in APAC and headquarters and ensure adequate communication with business teams.
- Track issues in a systematic way, review and analyze issues, propose action plans to lessen number and impact of incidents.

Data management:

- Lead integration of standard solutions within APAC systems.
- Owner of change delivery in APAC markets in compliance with global direction.

Knowledge management:

- Write and update diligently functional and technical documents.
- Propose improvements in monitoring approach/methodology and service level.
