WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

*This is an onsite position in Bristol, RI*We're seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes-including livetool platforms-to support highprecision manufacturing. In this role, you will create G/M code and CAMgenerated programs, partner with machinists during setups and proveouts, ensure compliance with GD&T and revision control, and drive continuous improvement.

Success in this role requires strong print reading, G/Mcode editing, CAM fundamentals, tooling knowledge, and the ability to support both milling and turning operations. Experience with Haas, Mori Seiki, Okuma, or Mazak machines is highly valued as well as experience with thermoplastics.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of CNC programming experience (mills and lathes).
Strong blueprint and GD&T proficiency.
Experience programming Haas, Mori Seiki, Okuma, or Mazak strongly preferred.
Ability to hold tight tolerances (±0.001" and below).
CAM experience (Mastercam, Fusion, Esprit, or similar).
Demonstrated understanding of tool geometry, cutter selection, and machining strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience programming engineering plastics or highperformance materials.
Proficiency with probing cycles (Renishaw, Fanuc macros).
Prior involvement with competencybased skills systems or CI frameworks.
NIMS credentials or equivalent.
